Rebecca Samson is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over a decade of counseling experience. She has extensive training in Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Spiritual Psychology and Integrative Health and uses a wide variety of therapeutic tools and modalities to help each individual client.
Rebecca completed her internship at the renowned Maple Counseling Center where she trained in individual and couples counseling and served as an assistant in the Intake & Assessment program. She also worked as a supervisor at Teen Line for several years, a teen-to-teen crisis hotline based out of Cedar Sinai Hospital.
Prior to becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist, Rebecca worked with children with special needs. She provided behavioral therapy for children with ADHD, Autism and Asperger's Disorder and worked as a literacy clinician for children with learning disabilities.
Rebecca received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and received a certification in Integrative Health & Lifestyle from the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine.
Rebecca began her therapeutic training in 2003 and has been in private practice since 2008. She specializes in Integrative Mental Health, a whole person approach to mental health and wellness.
