Integrative Mental Health is psychotherapy that addresses the whole person and their lifestyle choices, rather than focusing solely on thoughts or feelings. Integrative Mental Health includes traditional talk therapy and can also incorporate adjunctive healing practices such as mindfulness meditation, breathing and relaxation exercises as well as information, psychoeducation and support related to all aspects of health and wellness.
Psychotherapy sessions are 50 minutes ideally once a week. Appointments can be reserved on a weekly basis or as fits your schedule.
Every person is unique so the therapy is tailored to fit your individual needs. Rebecca has a lot of different tools to help you decrease stress and anxiety, release things that are holding you back and create more of what you want in your life. Her approach is integrative and strength-based. Depending on what you’re needing, psychotherapy will address whatever issues are standing in the way of your health, peace and happiness. Through the process of talking with an experienced, caring therapist, you may experience relief and discover a new way of thinking about a situation or problem.
Rebecca has experience and enjoys working with diverse clients with a wide range of issues. She is sensitive to cultural and lifestyle issues--everyone is welcome.
The fee is $200 for a 50 minute session. Sliding scale is available based on need.
Because the treatment time and therapy room have been reserved just for you, we require the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice if you need to miss or reschedule your appointment. Your health insurance does not cover missed appointments or late cancellations.
Rebecca is an out-of-network provider. We can provide a Superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
